I make this for all the parties, cookouts and summer Sunday dinners.Seems so simple but everyone always says it's the best.

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds bag of potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

How To Make sandy's potato salad

  • Step 1
    Boil potatoes in salted water until tender but not mushy.Drain in colander and let them cool.Meantime, mix wet ingredients withvegetables and seasonings.Add to potatoes and mix gently, sprinkle some paprika on top for presentation and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
