Ingredients

  • 6to8 large
    potatoes cooked with peels on
  • 2 stick
    celery diced
  • 1 small
    onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    celery seed
  • 2 c
    miracle whip
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1
    cap full of cider vinger
  • 2
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 tsp
    paparika

How to Make Potato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. cook potatoes with peel on for 40 min or till tender set aside till cooled
  2. dice potato's into bite size cubes dice celery and onions add to poatato's
  3. mix miracle whip mustard, sugar ,vinegar and celery seed together pour over potato's mix together top with slice eggs and sprinkle paparika to garnish
