here is yet another potato salad recipe for a crowd. My Grandma Robinson used to love to make potato salad, or scalloped corn any time the family had a get together. Of course, she never wrote the recipes down, but I figured them out by watching her through the years. She would be proud I think of her every time I see either on the table!

Ingredients
- - 30 lb. potatoes, diced, cooked
- - 4 dozen hard boiled eggs, chopped
- - 4 bunches celery, diced
- - 2 qt. sweet pickle relish
- - 6 onions, diced
- - 2 qt. mayonnaise
- - 2 (6 oz.) jars yellow mustard
- - 1/2 c. salt
- - 2 tbsp. white pepper
- - 10 sm. cans or jar of pimento
How To Make potato salad #4 for 100

Step 1Combine ingredients. Mix lightly. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Serve as you desire. Garnish with parsley.
