here is yet another potato salad recipe for a crowd. My Grandma Robinson used to love to make potato salad, or scalloped corn any time the family had a get together. Of course, she never wrote the recipes down, but I figured them out by watching her through the years. She would be proud I think of her every time I see either on the table!

30 lb. potatoes, diced, cooked
4 dozen hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 bunches celery, diced
2 qt. sweet pickle relish
6 onions, diced
2 qt. mayonnaise
2 (6 oz.) jars yellow mustard
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. white pepper
10 sm. cans or jar of pimento
How To Make
Combine ingredients. Mix lightly. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Serve as you desire. Garnish with parsley.
