This is a large salad, great for potlucks, picnics, family get togethers.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini
  • 12 ounces garden spirals (vegetable rotini)
  • 6 ounces ripe olives
  • 1 large white onion - chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed peppper jack cheese
  • 2 cups ham or (shrimp, pepperoni, chicken)
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 6 large hard boiled eggs - diced
  • 2 ounces slivered almonds
  • 16 ounces italian dressing (bernsteins cheese & garlic good)

How To Make pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Boil rotini till done - drain well, rinse with cold water until cool. Marinade rotini in Italian Dressing while preparing other ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Add in all other ingredients. Chill, stirring occasionally, and before serving. (If needed, add mayonaise to desired moistness.)
