old fashioned potato salad
I found this in a cookbook for Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, but tweaked it a little bit to please my family.

Ingredients
- 4 - cubed, peeled potatoes
- 3 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 - celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make old fashioned potato salad

Step 1Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender; drain.

Step 2Place in a large bowl; add eggs, celery and onions. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
