i created this new potato salad recipe,it's combining with new orleans style pork.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 fresh boneless pork chops,sliced into strips
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning,divided
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 medium red bell pepper,seeded and sliced
- 2 medium carrots,chopped
- 3 banana peppers,sliced
- 1 cup cubed processed american cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons creole mustard mixed with brown sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy french dressing
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make new orleans pork baked potato salad

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Line a parcement paper on the baking sheet.Coat with baking spray.

Step 3Scrub the potatoes for 30 seconds.Pierce them with a fork.Bake for 30 minutes or until are tender.Cool completely for 10 minutes.Diced potatoes into 1/2 pieces.

Step 4Heat olive oil in a large,deep skillet over medium-high heat.Add fresh pork strips and cook for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.Reduced to a low heat.

Step 5Stir in onion soup mix,1 tablespoon creole seasoning and garlic powder. Remove from heat.

Step 6In a large bowl,add cooked pork strips,sliced red bell peppers,chopped carrots, sliced banana peppers,cubed american cheese and cooled diced potatoes.

Step 7In a medium bowl,combine heavy cream,half and half,creole mustard/brown sugar,french dressing and remaining creole seasoning;whisk for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 8Pour over the pork/potato mixture and stir together with a rubber spatula.Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
