When I was a little girl, our next door neighbor would bring this potato salad to gatherings. She gave this recipe to my Mom and this is the only one I have ever used.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 - eggs, hard boiled
How To Make mrs. euler's potato salad

Step 1Peel potatoes and cut into uniform chunks. Boil until fork tender. Pour vinegar over hot potatoes and let stand while you are making the dressing.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except the hard boiled eggs and stir until smooth and well mixed. If it seems too thick, thin with a little milk.

Step 3Slice potatoes and chop hard boiled eggs. Fold dressing into potato-egg mixture and refrigerate.
