This is actually my Mom's recipe....since she isn't here to share it anymore, I have been the one to carry on. It's the best I've ever had!!! Still not as good as Mom's though.

Ingredients
- 5-6 - medium potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 - medium onion, peeled & chopped
- 3 - eggs, hardboiled
- - dill pickles, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup mustard
- - celery seed
- - celery salt
- - seasoned salt
- - paprika
- - garlic powder
- - dill weed
How To Make mom's potato salad

Step 1All measurements are approximate. I've never really measured anything for this recipe. I just make it & tweak it until it tastes right.

Step 2Cook potatoes until tender, drain. Refrigerate until cool.

Step 3After everything is cool, assemble your salad. All of the spices are to taste.

Step 4Garnish with hardboiled egg slices & paprika. ENJOY!
