Allison Loughridge

This is actually my Mom's recipe....since she isn't here to share it anymore, I have been the one to carry on. It's the best I've ever had!!! Still not as good as Mom's though.

How to Make Mom's Potato Salad

  1. All measurements are approximate. I've never really measured anything for this recipe. I just make it & tweak it until it tastes right.
  2. Cook potatoes until tender, drain. Refrigerate until cool.
  3. After everything is cool, assemble your salad. All of the spices are to taste.
  4. Garnish with hardboiled egg slices & paprika. ENJOY!
