mom's potato salad
This recipe has been in my family for years. I love all the cruncy vegetables that she uses in the recipe. I have tried all kinds of potato salad, but none are as good as this.

Ingredients
- 6-8 cups diced peeled cooked potatoes
- 6 - hard cooked eggs, chopped (remove yolks for dressing)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped radishes
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- - paprika, optional
How To Make mom's potato salad

Step 1In a bowl, combine potatoes,eggs,celery,onions,radishes and sweet pickle relish. In another bowl, combine salad dressing,sugar,mustard,egg yolk,salt & pepper; mix well. Pour over potato mixture; stir to coat. Chill. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
