Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 4 teaspoons pickle juice
- 4 teaspoons hot-pepper sauce

How To Make mashed-potato salad

Step 1Peel potatoes and cut them into 1 inch chunks. Place the potatoes and enough water to cover in a pot. Bring to boil over high heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.

Step 2In a large bowl, coarsely mash the potatoes. Stir in the remaining ingredients, adding salt to taste. Serve at room temperature.
