I started with a Rachel Rae Recipe then added some ingredients from Guy( from Diners Dive Ins and Dives), and finally just came up with my own recipe and I love it! And want to share it with y'all!! Merry Christmas!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 pound sharp chedder cheese
- 3 dashes salt and pepper
- 5 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup chives, finely chopped
- 2 quarts sour cream
How To Make loaded baked potato salad

Step 1Wash and Cut Potatoes into cubes, then boil for approx. 30-45 min.

Step 2Chop Chives into fine pieces, add the chives in a bowl with both tubs of sour cream and 2 sticks of butter, then add Crumbles of bacon and cheese.

Step 3Once you have mixed all of the ingredients add the potatoes. Make sure to cool potatoes with cold water before adding. Then your done! ENJOY
