I made up this potato salad, after trying many types of salads and not liking anything I found, so I decieded to make my own recipe, So if you like alittle sweet, and tany, give this one a try :)

  • 6 medium
    potatoes, peeled
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    white or cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    celery,chopped and diced
  • 4 large
    boiled eggs,chopped up
  • 4 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    dill weed
  • dash(es)

How to Make Lizzys Potato Salad


  1. wash and boil potatoes, boil for about 28-30 min. drain and peel skins, set aside and let cool.

    Boil eggs while boiling potatoes.
  2. While waiting for potatoes and eggs to cool off, cut up onions,celery.
  3. Chop up pototes, into cubes. and diced up eggs. place in a large bowl. add onions,celery. set aside.
  4. In a med sized bowl, mix together mayo,mustard,vinager,sugar, salt,pepper and dill weed together, and pour over the top of the potato mixture.
  5. Mix, all together, and dash with paprika , chill in fridge for 4 hours and longer. Enjoy!!!!
