judy's potato salad
I come from a large family and whenever we have a family get-together Im the one they pick to bring the potato salad and being from the South it is a staple here.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds white all purpose potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion ,diced small
- 2 sticks celery clean and chopped small
- 1/4 cup green and red pepper diced
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 small jar of chopped pimento
- 1 cup hellmans mayannaise (my choice)
- 1/8 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup sugar or splenda
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large hard boiled eggs,chopped
How To Make judy's potato salad

Step 1Cook potaotes until tender.Add vegetables and pimento and pickles. Add eggs and salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix mayannaise and mustart and sugar in small bowl with a wisk and pour over the potato mixture. this is good warm or even better cold.
