Ingredients

  • 6 medium
    russet potatoes
  • 4 large
    hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1/4 c
    diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 c
    diced kosher dill pickles
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery diced
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 dash(es)
    or drops of yellow mustard

How to Make Homestyle Poato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a medium pot, cover with cold water
  2. Boil potatoes 10 minutes, drain well cool completely.
  3. Place potatoes, eggs, and the rest of vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Mix mayo and mustard together stir into potatoes .Add salt, pepper and celery seed fold until mixed well . Refrigerate
