I GREW UP EATING THIS POTATO SALAD AND NO MATTER HOW MANY OTHERS I HAVE TRIED THIS IS STILL MY FAVORITE !

Ingredients

  • 6 medium russet potatoes
  • 4 large hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup diced kosher dill pickles
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 dashes or drops of yellow mustard

How To Make homestyle poato salad

  • Step 1
    Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a medium pot, cover with cold water
  • Step 2
    Boil potatoes 10 minutes, drain well cool completely.
  • Step 3
    Place potatoes, eggs, and the rest of vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Step 4
    Mix mayo and mustard together stir into potatoes .Add salt, pepper and celery seed fold until mixed well . Refrigerate
