Ingredients
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 4 large hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/4 cup diced kosher dill pickles
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 dashes or drops of yellow mustard
How To Make homestyle poato salad

Step 1Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a medium pot, cover with cold water

Step 2Boil potatoes 10 minutes, drain well cool completely.

Step 3Place potatoes, eggs, and the rest of vegetables in a large bowl.

Step 4Mix mayo and mustard together stir into potatoes .Add salt, pepper and celery seed fold until mixed well . Refrigerate
