I love these kinds of salads when the heat is turned up outside. The great thing about this one is that it makes a wonderful one dish meal. Fantastic for potluck.

Ingredients

  • - 3 lbs red potatoes, cooked, cooled, and peeled
  • - 1 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - 2 tablespoons mustard
  • - 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • - 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
  • - 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, cubed
  • - 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • - 3/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • - 1/4 cup sliced green onion

How To Make ham and cheese potato salad

  • Step 1
    In large bowl, cube cooked potatoes. In another bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper and stir into potatoes to coat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
