Ingredients
- 3 lb - small red potatoes,halved
- 2 tbsp - olive oil
- 1/2 tsp - salt / 1/4-tsp pepper
- 1 lag - sweet yellow pepper,chopped
- 1 med - red onion,halved,sliced
- 1 med - cuccumber,chopped
- 1 1/4 cups - grape tomatoes,halved
- 1/2 lb - mozzarella cheese.cubed
- 3/4 cup - greek vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup - kalamata (greek) olives
- 1 can - 2- 1/4 oz sliced ripe olives,drained
- 2 tbsp - minced fresh oregano

Step 1DRIZZLE POTATOES WITH OIL AND SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER;TOSS TO COAT.GRILL POTATOES,COVERED,OVER MED HEAT FOR 20-25 MIN OR UNTIL TENDER.

Step 2PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL.ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS;TOSS TO COAT. SERVE SALAD WARM OR COLD.
