Add to Grocery List

  • 9 c
    cooked and cubed potatoes with the skin on.
  • 8 large
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1 large
    yellow onion, diced
  • 1 c
    real mayonaise
  • 1/8 c
    yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c
    olive juice (from your olive jar)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green olives
  • 1 Tbsp
    celery seed (you can also chop up celery in here, i didn't have any available)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Green Olive Creamy Potato Salad


  1. Boil and drain your potatoes then place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. start adding your ingredients. Be very careful not to over mix. You may get mashed potatoes!
    Fold in Yellow onion
  3. mayo, eggs
  4. celery seed, olive juice and olives.
  5. Mustard.....
