Gold Potato Salad
12small yukon gold potatoes
2celery stalks chopped
1/2 cred onion chopped
1handful dill pickle chips chopped
2hard boiled eggs chopped
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Gold Potato Salad
- Boil potatoes and eggs (in separate pots). Let cool 15 min. Cut potatoes into pieces. Place into medium bowl with lid. Let cool in fridge.
- Meanwhile, chop onion, celery, and pickles. Peel eggs and chop into small pieces.
- Place all ingredients into bowl with potatoes, and mix well. Refrigerate 30 min. or so. Enjoy!
