Just tried this out on the fam - they think it's the best. The gold potatoes really add a rich flavor. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 12 - small yukon gold potatoes
- 2 - celery stalks chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 - handful dill pickle chips chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 - hard boiled eggs chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make gold potato salad

Step 1Boil potatoes and eggs (in separate pots). Let cool 15 min. Cut potatoes into pieces. Place into medium bowl with lid. Let cool in fridge.

Step 2Meanwhile, chop onion, celery, and pickles. Peel eggs and chop into small pieces.

Step 3Place all ingredients into bowl with potatoes, and mix well. Refrigerate 30 min. or so. Enjoy!
