My grandfather was German and my grandmother was Swedish. She made a lot of dishes from both countries. This has been a family favorite for generations.
medium potatos; peeled, boiled and sliced
hardboiled eggs, sliced
bacon, diced and fried
salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste
How To Make
Combine bacon grease, flour, water, vinegar, and seasonings in medium saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Combine potatoes, egg, and bacon in serving dish. Pour vinegar/bacon mixture over potato mixture. Gently toss to coat.
