Ingredients
- 6 - medium potatos; peeled, boiled and sliced
- 2 - hardboiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced and fried
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- - salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste
How To Make german potato salad

Step 1Combine bacon grease, flour, water, vinegar, and seasonings in medium saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Combine potatoes, egg, and bacon in serving dish. Pour vinegar/bacon mixture over potato mixture. Gently toss to coat.
