red potatoes
3 c
yellow fin tuna, grilled and cut into 1 inch pieces
celery stalks, chopped
1 c
yogurt, plain and non-fat
1/4 c
fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp
red wine
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp

How to Make Fresh Tuna & Red Potato Salad


  • 1Heat 1-Inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan.
  • 2Add the potatoes and cover.
  • 3Heat until boiling then reduce the heat until simmering and simmer the potatoes 30 to 35 minutes or until they are tender, then drain and cool slightly.
  • 4Cut into cubes, (There should be about 3 cups).
  • 5Mix all of the ingredients together then cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until well chilled.
