Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 tablespoons real mayonaise
- 3 - hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 6 dashes franks hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 6 slices fried bacon
- 1 small onion diced
How To Make everybody loves potato salad

Step 1peel and cube potatoes, boil until tender. meanwhile boil eggs until finished. Fry the bacon until cripsy in pan. When potatoes, eggs and bacon are all finished put in med-large bowl mash potatoes then add egg and bacon. Add mayo, stir then add mustard, relish, hot sauce , celery seed and onion stir well until all blended. When finished refrigerate until cold or over night for best results.
