Creamy Potato Salad

My family loves this recipe. While I love the celery, I usually leave it out due to personal tastes in my family.

Ingredients

10 medium
potatoes
1 c
celery, chopped
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
1/3 c
sweet pickle relish
1 c
mayonaise
1/2 c
miracle whip
2 tsp
sugar
2 tsp
celery seed
2 tsp
vinegar
2 tsp
prepared mustard
1/12 tsp
salt
2-3
eggs, hard boiled

Step-By-Step

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well.
2Peel and cube potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Add celery onion, and pickle.
3In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Add mixture to potatoes and toss lightly to coat potatoe mixture. Carefully fold int he copped eggs.
4Cover and chill thoroughly.
