Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/12 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 - eggs, hard boiled
How To Make creamy potato salad

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well.

Step 2Peel and cube potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Add celery onion, and pickle.

Step 3In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Add mixture to potatoes and toss lightly to coat potatoe mixture. Carefully fold int he copped eggs.

Step 4Cover and chill thoroughly.
