- 1 medium onion
- 6 - eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons pickle brine
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch dill, fresh

Step 1Cook potatoes until firm/tender, or to your liking. Place potatoes in a large bowl with onion, eggs, and pickles. Stir Gently to combine
