- 8 large potatoes boiled with a dash of olive oil amd salt
- 8 large hard boiled eggs
- 5 tablespoons mayo or miracle whipp add more for creamier or less for chunky
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 cup dill pickles cut into medium size pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- I PREFER IT TO BE CREAMY AND CHUNKY ( LARGER PIECES)

Step 1PEEL POTATOES AND EGGS. DICE UP EGGS AND PICKLES.

Step 2IN A LARGE BOWL ADD POTATOES MASH THEM BUT LEAVE SOME MEDIUM SIZED PEICES. ADD EGGS AND PICKLES.

Step 3ADD MIRACLE WHIPP, MUSTARD SALT AND PEPPER IN THE SAME BOWL. MIX WELL.

Step 4REFRIDGERATE UNTIL COLD APPROXIMATELY 1 HR DEPENDING ON FRIDGE.
