POTATO SALAD IS GREAT FOR ANY TIME OF THE YEAR. HERE IS A GREAT RECIPE FROM MY FAMILY TO YOURS. IT IS GREAT FOR PICKY EATERS AS WELL.

Ingredients

8 large
potatoes boiled with a dash of olive oil amd salt
8 large
hard boiled eggs
5 Tbsp
mayo or miracle whipp add more for creamier or less for chunky
1 tsp
mustard
1 c
dill pickles cut into medium size pieces
1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

I PREFER IT TO BE CREAMY AND CHUNKY ( LARGER PIECES)

How to Make COUNTRY STYLE POTATO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1PEEL POTATOES AND EGGS. DICE UP EGGS AND PICKLES.
  • 2IN A LARGE BOWL ADD POTATOES MASH THEM BUT LEAVE SOME MEDIUM SIZED PEICES. ADD EGGS AND PICKLES.
  • 3ADD MIRACLE WHIPP, MUSTARD SALT AND PEPPER IN THE SAME BOWL. MIX WELL.
  • 4REFRIDGERATE UNTIL COLD APPROXIMATELY 1 HR DEPENDING ON FRIDGE.
