POTATO SALAD IS GREAT FOR ANY TIME OF THE YEAR. HERE IS A GREAT RECIPE FROM MY FAMILY TO YOURS. IT IS GREAT FOR PICKY EATERS AS WELL.

Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes boiled with a dash of olive oil amd salt
  • 8 large hard boiled eggs
  • 5 tablespoons mayo or miracle whipp add more for creamier or less for chunky
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup dill pickles cut into medium size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • I PREFER IT TO BE CREAMY AND CHUNKY ( LARGER PIECES)

How To Make country style potato salad

  • Step 1
    PEEL POTATOES AND EGGS. DICE UP EGGS AND PICKLES.
  • Step 2
    IN A LARGE BOWL ADD POTATOES MASH THEM BUT LEAVE SOME MEDIUM SIZED PEICES. ADD EGGS AND PICKLES.
  • Step 3
    ADD MIRACLE WHIPP, MUSTARD SALT AND PEPPER IN THE SAME BOWL. MIX WELL.
  • Step 4
    REFRIDGERATE UNTIL COLD APPROXIMATELY 1 HR DEPENDING ON FRIDGE.
