Ingredients
- 10 pounds red potatoes
- 20 - eggs, boiled and grated
- 1/2 - huge onion per dishpan - cut finely
- SAUCE
- 5 - wooden spoons mustard, approx 7 1/2 tablespoons
- 1/2 gallon miracle whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- - salt
- - pepper
How To Make carol's jumbo potato salad

Step 1Cook potatoes with skins - salt while cooking. Peel and grate potatoes. Peel eggs and grate. Add finely cut onion

Step 2Mix all remaining ingredients with an electric mixer. Salt and pepper to taste. Be sure salad is moist.
