Ingredients

  • 10 pounds red potatoes
  • 20 - eggs, boiled and grated
  • 1/2 - huge onion per dishpan - cut finely
  • SAUCE
  • 5 - wooden spoons mustard, approx 7 1/2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 gallon miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • - salt
  • - pepper

How To Make carol's jumbo potato salad

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes with skins - salt while cooking. Peel and grate potatoes. Peel eggs and grate. Add finely cut onion
  • Step 2
    Mix all remaining ingredients with an electric mixer. Salt and pepper to taste. Be sure salad is moist.
