I was at a church fellow ship,and a lady ,brought this and all ready had the recipe typed out for me.She felt I would like it .And she is right.She said she had gotten it from Diana Rattra,at another site

Ingredients

  • - 5 lg baking potatoes-baked and chilled
  • - 12 slices cooked bacon,diced
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese-i use sharp
  • - 4-green onion's sliced thin
  • 1/2 - teaspoon celery seed(you can leave it out)
  • 1/2 - teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 /4 - cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 - cup of sour cream(light or regular)
  • - 4 tablespoon's of milk
  • - more sliced green onion for garnish(optional)
  • QUICK AND EASY BAKED POTATO SALAD

How To Make baked potato salad

  • Step 1
    Cut the chilled potatoes into 1/2 inch slices.(I peeled the skin off the potatoes)Combine in a large bowl with the bacon,green onions,celery seed's,and pepper.Stir in the mayonnaise,sour cream and milk.Garnish with green onions ,if desired
