Ingredients
- 4 Cups cubed red potatos
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 7 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2T fresh minced parsley
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 3T ranch dressing
- 2T prepared mustard
- 4t white vinegar
- 3T grated parmasen cheese
- 1/2 t minced garlic
- 1/4t pepper
- 1/4t salt
How To Make bacon and potato potato salad

Step 1Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, bacon and parsley. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Enjoy!
