Ingredients

4 Cups
cubed red potatos
1 Cup
chopped onion
7 slices
cooked and crumbled bacon
2T
fresh minced parsley
1 1/3 cups
mayonnaise
3T
ranch dressing
2T
prepared mustard
4t
white vinegar
3T
grated parmasen cheese
1/2 t
minced garlic
1/4t
pepper
1/4t
salt

How to Make Bacon and Potato Potato Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  • 2In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, bacon and parsley. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • 3Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
