I got this from another site and absolutely love it! I took it to a bbq and it received high reviews!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups - cubed red potatos
  • 1 Cup - chopped onion
  • 7 slices - cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2T - fresh minced parsley
  • 1 1/3 cups - mayonnaise
  • 3T - ranch dressing
  • 2T - prepared mustard
  • 4t - white vinegar
  • 3T - grated parmasen cheese
  • 1/2 t - minced garlic
  • 1/4t - pepper
  • 1/4t - salt

How To Make bacon and potato potato salad

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, bacon and parsley. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Enjoy!
