4-h fair potato salad

This potato salad recipe is the only one for me. During our 4-H Fair, I try to make sure I eat it 2 or 3 times. I think the key for me is probably the shredded potatoes...much better than cold chunks!

Ingredients
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup pickle relish, sweet
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 1/2 pounds (8 med.) cooked potatoes, shredded
- 3 - chopped hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
