1On a cookie sheet bake frozen toasted ravioli's according to package directions. Let them cool slightly before adding to salad.
2Meanwhile, for salad, in a large bowl combine greens, tomatoes and basil. Add vinaigrette; toss to coat. Divide among serving plates. Top with raviol's. Sprinkle with cheese. Have additional viniagrette on the table. Makes 4 nice main dish servings.
