zesty pasta salad

I love this pasta salad in the summer. It's a great way to utilize the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers that are availble.This salad is cool and refreshing and has the perfect balance of crunch and spice. This is great for potlucks or even for a picnic.When I am making it for a group I double the recipe. Note..you can vary this by adding black olives, celery, red onion, artichoke hearts. Whatever you may like.

Ingredients

  • 1 package tri colored pasta
  • 1/2 bottle zesty italian dressing..i use kraft
  • 1/2 bottle mccormick perfect pinch salad supreme(found with spices)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese cubed..approx
  • 3 ounces turkey pepperoni cut in half(half of a package)
  • 2 - fresh tomatoes diced
  • 2 - fresh cucumbers peeled and diced

How To Make zesty pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Boil pasta
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients and chill. Best served cold.
