  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1/3 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pt
    crawfish tails, cooked and shelled

  • 1 c
    half & half
  • 2 1/2 c
    olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar-more if you wish
  • 1 Tbsp
    mr. pete’s cajun spice
  • 1 small
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chives, chopped
  • 2
    carrots, chopped
  • 2
    celery ribs, chopped
  • ·
    zest of 1 lemon
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Whodat Crawfish Macaroni Salad


  1. Combine cooked macaroni and vinegar in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
  3. Add dressing to macaroni a mix well. Fold in ¾ crawfish tails “reserve ¼ for topping right before serving”. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
