Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 pints crawfish tails, cooked and shelled
- DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup half & half
- 2 1/2 cups olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar-more if you wish
- 1 tablespoon mr. pete’s cajun spice
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 - carrots, chopped
- 2 - celery ribs, chopped
- - zest of 1 lemon
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make whodat crawfish macaroni salad

Step 1Combine cooked macaroni and vinegar in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 2Combine dressing ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly.

Step 3Add dressing to macaroni a mix well. Fold in ¾ crawfish tails “reserve ¼ for topping right before serving”. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
