Ingredients
- 8 ounces ziti, penne or favorite pasta
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper, or to taste
- 1 1/4 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
How To Make warm pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to direction.

Step 2Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3Drain pasta. Add to veggies. Toss well.

Step 4Add 1 cup of cheese, toss again. Adjust seasonings, sprinkle on remaining cheese. Serve warm or at room temperature.
