Got this recipe from a dear friend and neighbor, Gwen Larsen. It is absolutely delicious!!! Try it......you will like it, guaranteed!!!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg - rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon accent
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 medium onion, halved and sliced
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make vinegar noodle salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all dressing ingrediants in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add cooked pasta, onion, and cucumbers.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate several hours (or overnight).
  • Step 4
    Keeps several day's.
  • Step 5
    This salad is very "accepting" to additions of other vegetables. I just made another one, and added a small can (drained) of sliced black olives, and sliced celery......Yummy!! So go ahead, and add whatever sounds good to you. You may have to make extra dressing, tho!!
