Vinegar Noodle Salad

Ingredients

16 oz. pkgrotini pasta, cooked and cooled

3/4 ccider vinegar

1 cwater
-
1-1/2 csugar
-
1 tspaccent
-
1 tspparsley flakes
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
1 tspyellow mustard
-
1 mediumonion, halved and sliced
-
2 mediumcucumbers, peeled and sliced
-
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Vinegar Noodle Salad
- Mix all dressing ingrediants in large bowl.
- Add cooked pasta, onion, and cucumbers.
- Refrigerate several hours (or overnight).
- Keeps several day's.
- This salad is very "accepting" to additions of other vegetables. I just made another one, and added a small can (drained) of sliced black olives, and sliced celery......Yummy!! So go ahead, and add whatever sounds good to you. You may have to make extra dressing, tho!!
