Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    package of egg noodles
  • 1/2 c
    fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c
    red onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese (any kind, your choice)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing (bottled, not dry)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to your taste

How to Make VEGGIE NOODLE SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients and blend lightly. Chill before serving.
