tuna macaroni salad
(2 RATINGS)
My Mom always made this when I was growing up. With seven kids, it was a very economical, cool and creamy addition to any meal. Really adapts well to additions such as bell peppers, grape tomatoes, olives, celery, etc. Great served on a bed of lettuce with saltine crackers. If you like a moister salad, add a splash of milk and stir. Recipe doubles well, great for large gatherings, try it at your next pitch-in!
