This salad is just awesome served while the noodles are still warm, but the next day after salad has chilled in refrigerator it's simply to die for! Be careful this salad is addicting!

Ingredients
- 12 - slices bacon
- 20 ounces cheese-filled tortellini
- 2 - heads fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 - head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 cup seedless grapes cut in half
- 1 - red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup salted sunflower seeds or walnuts
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
How To Make totally tubular tortellini salad

Step 1Chop veggies, grapes, and nuts.

Step 2Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

Step 3In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar to make the dressing.

Step 4Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini in boiling water until they float to the top (or if you like them more tender)you can cook them for a 1-2 minutes longer. Drain the noodles.

Step 5In a large bowl, combine tortellini, broccoli, bacon, grapes, raisins, sunflower seeds and red onion.

Step 6Pour dressing over salad, and toss.
