tortellini salad
When I take this dish anywhere, I get several requests for the recipe. So good and so easy!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This tortellini salad is a sweet and creamy side dish that's a breeze to put together. The sweet dressing with the savory tortellini and smoky bacon is tasty. We liked the crunch of sunflower seeds and the pops of sweetness from raisins. A great side dish for a summer potluck, cookout, or to enjoy for a light lunch on a summer day.
