Ingredients

bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg
frozen cheese tortellini (appx 13 oz)
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
white sugar
2 tsp
cider vinegar
1 c
raisins (can soak in warm water to plump)
1 c
sunflower seeds (shelled, of course....hehe)

How to Make TORTELLINI SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook bacon until evenly browned; drain, crumble, and set aside.
  • 2Cook frozen cheese tortellini as directed on pkg.
  • 3In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar for dressing.
  • 4In large bowl, combine tortellini, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds.
  • 5Pour dressing over salad and toss.
  • 6Enjoy!!
