Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, heaping
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/16 teaspoon ground celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- SALAD
- 2 cups dry macaroni
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion (or 2 large green onions, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chopped bread and butter pickles
- 1 large - celery rib, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped red pepper
- 1/2 small carrot, grated.
- hard boiled eggs and chopped tomato, optional
How To Make this summer's favorite macaroni salad

Step 1Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well.

Step 2Mix all dressing ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.

Step 3Mix cooked macaroni and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. (If adding eggs or tomato, add once the rest of the salad is mixed.)

Step 4Stir in dressing and mix well. Chill before serving.
