the ultimate creamy pasta salad

I HAVE MADE SO MANY DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF PASTA SALAD BUT THIS SEEMS TO DISAPPEAR SO FAST WITH MY TEENAGE KIDS AND THEIR FRIENDS. I USUALLY MAKE A MONSTER SIZE BOWL OF THIS AND MY HUSBAND AND KIDS ALWAYS ASK FOR MORE.. THIS IS A MEAL IN ITSELF.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce packages tri colored rotini pasta cooked
  • 1 pound foster farms turkey pastrami cubed
  • 1 16 ounces olives sliced
  • 1 15 ounces can kidney beans drained
  • 1/2-1 - green bellpepper chopped
  • 1/2-1 - yellow bellpepper chopped
  • 1/2-1 - orange bellpepper chopped
  • 1/4 pound pepper jack cheese chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 2 - green onions chopped (optional)
  • approx 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • approx 1/4 cup honey bbq sauce or chipolte bbq sauce
  • to taste - onion powder
  • to taste - garlic powder
  • to taste - salt
  • to taste - pepper
  • 1 ounce shredded parmasean cheese

How To Make the ultimate creamy pasta salad

  • Step 1
    cook pasta according to directions drain and set aside
  • Step 2
    chop the following turkey pastrami,olives,peppers,tomatoes,onions,pepper jack cheese and add shredded parmasean cheese and place in large bowl
  • Step 3
    mix mayonaise with your bbq sauce (experiment to your taste) mix pasta with your chopped food then add dressing. Season to taste with garlic powder,onion powder, salt and pepper. Chill, serve and enjoy
  • Step 4
    Note: I never measure with this recipe just have fun adjust to your liking.. I have added sliced avacodos and different color cheeses before. You can also add different bbq sauces honey, chipolte.
