Ingredients
- 16 ounces rotini pasta, or any small pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced. more or less depending on your taste
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bottle catalina salad dressing
How To Make taco pasta salad

Step 1cook and drain pasta and put in a large bowl.

Step 2Brown beef and drain and add taco seasoning pack and cook according to pkg. directions.

Step 3Mix pasta, beef, and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
