This recipe was given to me by my sister and she got it from a co-worker. She say it is very good. I have never seen this recipe before but I thought you might like it. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    elbow macaroni
  • 4 medium
    carrots, grated
  • 1 large
    green pepper,chopped
  • 2 c
    ayonnaise
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk [14 oz.]
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Sweet Macaroni Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook macaroni, about 15 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water. In a large serving bowl combine macaroni, carrots, green pepper and onion. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour over macaroni and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Gets better after 1-2 days.
