How To Make sweet amish macaroni salad
-
Step 1In boiling salted water cook macaroni to just done.
-
Step 2Drain, rinse well under cold water, drain again and set aside.
-
Step 3In a large mixing bowl combine all the dressing ingredients whisking until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup in a container with a lid-set in refrigerator.
-
Step 4Add the cooked & drained macaroni, chopped vegetables and eggs to the dressing bowl. Fold gently so you don't "mash" the pasta.
-
Step 5Once the salad is well combined, place in a glass bowl and cover.
-
Step 6Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
-
Step 7When ready to serve stir the salad well, checking to see if you need to add the reserved dressing.
