Ingredients
- 1 package mostacolli pasta, 12 to 16 oz
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2-4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained
- 1 jar sun dried tomatoes, in oil, 8 oz
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped or 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 1 cup pasta water
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make sundried tomatoes and artichoke pasta

Step 1Cook pasta.

Step 2While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet; add onion and garlic. Cook til onion is soft; add artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, bread crumbs and parsley; heat through.

Step 3Add 2 ladles of water pasta is cooking in, to artichoke mixture. Drain pasta and add to artichoke mixture. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 10 From Tasty Temptations
