Ingredients For summertime macaroni salad

  • 1 - 16 oz
    large pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    very thin sliced english cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 c
    ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 c
    cooked salad shrimp (or 2 cups albacore tuna, flaked
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped sweet onion
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    bottled italian dressing
  • 1 tsp
    dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make summertime macaroni salad

  • 1
    Combine cooked pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, shrimp or tuna, celery and onion in large bowl.

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Italian dressing and add to salad.

    Add dill, salt and pepper to taste, and chill well to allow the flavors to marry.

    Stir and serve.
