Ingredients

  • 1 package (10-16 ounces) salad ready fresh spinach
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 - (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • SWEET ITALIAN DRESSING:
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 - envelope dry italian salad dressing mix
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

How To Make spinach salad with sweet italian dressing

  • Step 1
    Toss together all salad ingredients. Set aside
  • Step 2
    To make salad dressing: In a small bowl, combine the sugar, salad dressing mix, garlic, vinegar and water; gradually whisk in oil.
  • Step 3
    Pour desired amount over salad greens mixture and toss. Serve cold. Store remaining dressing in refrigerator. Dressing keeps for at least 4-6 weeks.
