  • 12 oz
    pack elbow macaroni
  • 1 bunch
    red radishes
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 3/4 c
    best foods mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 c
    whole cashews (optional)
  • 6 oz
    fresh baby spinach

How to Make Spinach Mac n' Cheese Salad


  1. Cook the macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Add cold water and drain again.
  2. Chop radishes and green onions in a mini chopper.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the Mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, and all the spices. Mix until creamy. Then add all the other ingredients and stir. Refrigerate after making.
