I love this recipe because it is a people pleaser. That is the Joy of Cooking for me. It is great for any get together dish. Even children loves this dish. No one ever get tired of it. Every get together it is a must with family and friends. You will be ask by friends for the recipe. My family always want me to prepare this dish. Enjoy it is a yummy dish you will always come back to when looking for a side dish.

Ingredients For spaghetti salad

  • 1 oz
    12 vermicelli spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp
    accent salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    season salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice (fresh)
  • 4 Tbsp
    crisco oil
  • 1 lg
    bell pepper chopped
  • 1 sm
    red onion chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery chopped
  • 1 c
    chedder chesse
  • 1 oz
    7 ounce jar chopped green olives w/pimotoes
  • 1 sm
    can black olives chopped
  • 1 c
    helman mayo no more than 1 1/2 cup

How To Make spaghetti salad

    NIGHT BEFORE : Spaghetti cook according to directions on the box.Mix Accent,season salt,lemon juice and oil.Toss in the spaghetti cover for at least 8 hours in ref.

    Next day add the rest of the ingredients and toss again. Ref again four 4-6 hours.

    This gets better. It will keep for 3 days. If their is any left.
