How to Make Smokey Maple Ham & Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil pasta according to package directions.
  • 2Dice ham, eggs, onion and red bell pepper. Grate cheese. In small bowl mix together mayo, mustard, pepper and Maple spice. I used 1 c of mayo, but added a little more after stirring. You can add more in the end if you like it creamier.
  • 3Place eggs, ham, onion, red bell, pickle relish, and cheese in large bowl with pasta and mix together. Add mayo/mustard/spice mix and stir to coat evenly.
NOTE: Taste before adding additional salt, the Maple spice is quite salty.
