Ingredients
- 1 package medium cooked shrimp 12oz without shells
- 6 ounces cubed summer sausage
- 1 english cucumber, peeled, diced
- 1 cup diced sweet peppers
- 1/2 cup sweet corn, not cooked
- 1 tablespoon dill, dried
- 2 teaspoons shrimp boil seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 package cooked bow tie pasta
- 4 ounces sharp white cheddar, cubed
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 lime for garnish
- dried parsley, for garnish
How To Make shrimp pasta salad with summer sausage

Step 1In a large bowl with lid, combine shrimp, cucumbers, dill, corn, and sweet peppers toss with shrimp boil seasoning and set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl add the garlic, celery salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, lime juice, mustard, and mayonnaise. Whisk all together until thoroughly combine

Step 3Add cooked pasta, summer sausage, white cheddar and pico de gallo to the shrimp mixture and add the dressing. Toss ingredients until everything is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving squeeze 1/2 lime over the top.
